- Supply Military: Output is decreased by 25%. Increase efficiency of barracks, forts, guard towers, watchtowers, and the Palace by 10% on medium budget, increasing the power of the squads deploy. The bonus can be cumulated up to a cap of 30%.

- Pressurized Storage Tanks: ($5000) Increases job quality by 15.
- Heavy Machinery: (Cold War) ($12,000) Increases efficiency by 20%. The building requires 30 MW of electrical power.
