The Pirate Traders are a trading partner during the Colonial Era in Tropico 5. They are an alternate buyer to the Crown

Pirate Traders offer trading contracts to colonies like Tropico about either selling plundered goods or buying Tropican exports at higher price than the Metropolis to supply themselves.
It is not known whether these traders have any ties with the Corsair Pirates or not.
Aftermath[]
If Tropico chooses to establish trading relations with these pirates their governor suffers a loss between -5 and -10 relations with the Crown.
