Fishermen are uneducated men who catch fish at fisherman's wharves and fish farms and prepare them for consumption, sale, or canning. Some "fisherman" actually work for smugglers and are simply disguised. The higher a fisherman's skill, the more fish they catch and the better the overall production is where they work.
